At DSIFD School, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and training. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to make our refund process clear, fair, and transparent.
By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
We offer refunds under certain conditions depending on the type of course or service purchased.
✅ Full Refund:
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your course purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days.
❌ No Refund:
If you have completed more than 20% of the course content.
If you have downloaded any course materials.
If the course was purchased at a discounted promotional rate marked as non-refundable.
✅ Full Refund:
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any registration fee).
✅ Partial Refund:
If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days before the course start date, you may receive a 50% refund, subject to administrative charges.
❌ No Refund:
Once the batch has started, no refund will be issued for offline/classroom courses.
Please note that any one-time registration or admission fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
If you are eligible for a refund:
✔ Submit your refund request in writing via email to info@dsifdschool.com
✔ Include your full name, course details, payment proof, and reason for cancellation.
✔ Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If DSIFD School cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full refund for the amount paid for that course.
Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to the next batch or another course.
Failure to attend classes or sessions without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.
If you wish to transfer your fees to another course instead of canceling:
This is allowed once, provided you make the request at least 7 days before the original course start date.
Transfer requests are subject to seat availability and management approval.
Fees for digital downloads, recorded video lectures, and e-books are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
